Blue Rewards is a program offered to select BlueCross® BlueShield® of South Carolina members. The program allows members to earn up to $150 per year for completing wellness activities. Rewards are paid to the BlueCross policy subscriber via a Visa® Prepaid card for each activity completed and verified for each member on the policy. Members can use rewards on select out-of-pocket medical and health plan related expenses. Select Health Savings Account (HSA) qualified plan members—those with Bronze 4 or Bronze 6 are now eligible for rewards. Highdeductible Gold and Silver plans are not eligible. Excludes pharmacy.
